You can return the items with a shipping service of your choice that permits to trace the return. All return costs will be a customer expense, included any import tax for EXTRA CEE customers. We will refund you when the package will be here to us, shipping costs and customs fees are excluded.
You have 14 days from the date you have received the package to contact us. We will arrange the return with our shipping service. We will send you our courier to pick up the item. Pack the goods you wish to return in their original packaging and do not remove any labels or tags. We will only accept the goods if the original packaging is not damage, and with all the original labels and tags. The returns costs will be borne by the final consumer. Upon receipt of the goods, the seller verify the integrity of the items received within the parameters of acceptance mentioned above. The seller reserves the right to refuse: returns communicated or sent back after 14 working days, or damaged items, or items returned in conditions different from how they were received. The refund depends on the payment method selected when you purchased:

If replacement of an article, Fashiontamers will send the customer the requested article. Shipping costs for replacements are charged to the customer.
