Shipping and delivery costs

Fashiontamers uses GLS couriers in Italy and UPS and DHL EXPRESS for international shipments. All shipments depart from our European HUB.

Shipping costs for Italy are €7 for the first product shipped. Shipping costs for other countries vary for each of them, they will be shown during checkout.

The total price at the end of the order also includes shipping costs, but does not include any additional customs fees beyond sales, required for importing goods into some foreign territories. Any additional amounts will be borne by the final consumer. Upon arrival in the destination country, international orders may be subject to duties and taxes charged by the destination country's customs department. The recipient must bear any additional charges for customs clearance: we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

American customers, starting from 03/10/2016, according to the law: H.R.1907 - Trade Facilitation and Trade Enforcement Act of 2015 - 114th Congress (2015-2016), do not pay any import tax up to a total expense of $800.00.

Once the full amount has been received, you will receive your order in 3-4 working days (in Europe). If you buy from a country outside of Europe, you will receive your order in 5-6 days.

All shipments are sealed and packaged appropriately to ensure the protection of the contents. If upon receiving the package you realize that it has been tampered with or damaged, refuse the delivery and report it immediately to the email address [email protected] indicating the order number.

Free shipping for orders over €200 for Italy, €400 within Europe, and €580 outside Europe.
