For returns and refunds follow these steps:
Within and no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment you have the possibility to request a return by entering your personal area and selecting the order. Click on "return request". If necessary, send an email to [email protected] with "Order ID", First Name and Last Name, explaining the problem.
To guarantee maximum speed and to be able to manage any problems, our team will be responsible for the logistical management of the return: They will take care of booking the collection of the item, while you will only have to prepare the package and apply the label that will be sent to you by email.
Pack the goods you wish to return in the original packaging and do not remove any security seals or original labels on the product. We will only accept the goods if the original packaging is undamaged and all original labels and seals are present. Items must be returned unused and undamaged.
We will communicate acceptance of the return via email within 2 working days of receiving the goods.
The return costs will be your responsibility and will be equal to the cost of the initial shipping: we will refund you once the item has been received and checked, deducting the amount of the return shipping from the total. Any initial shipping costs incurred by you will not be refunded. If you took advantage of free shipping on the outward journey, you can consult the checkout to find out the shipping amount. Any customs fees paid by you will not be refunded.
For American customers starting from 03/10/2016, according to the law: H.R.1907 - Trade Facilitation and Trade Enforcement Act of 2015 -114th Congress (2015-2016), you will not pay any import tax until an expense total of $800.00. If you refuse the product, you will be charged for return shipping costs. Any initial shipping costs incurred by you will not be refunded.
Item replacement
In case of replacement of an item, enter your personal area, select the order, and click on "request replacement" within 14 days of receiving the package. Once the package has been received and inspected, we will ship the replacement item. The shipping costs of the replacement are your responsibility and are equivalent to the return costs and the shipping costs of the replacement item. Therefore it will be shipped after receiving payment of these costs.
If you have to pay customs fees, please send us the payment receipt for the import taxes you have already paid, so that we can ensure that you do not have to pay them again for the replacement item.
