Return Policy
The right of withdrawal is valid within 14 calendar days from receipt of the order. After this time, the right of withdrawal expires and you can't return the order and/or ask for a refund. The return costs are on the customer, details are in paragraph Shipments - Shipping and return costs.
To initiate the return process, the customer must access the section in my area and sign in to the account. Identified the article to return, click the "Request return" button on the same line. It is also possible to return a part of the order. Specific needs will be supported by customer service by mail [email protected], please indicate in the mail ID order, name and surname, and the issue that you ask for support.
In any case, Customer Care provides to send label and instructions to return the order and book pick up to the courier. Return costs are on the customer, costs are in paragraph "Shipping". Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase, any originally incurred shipping costs will not be refunded to the customer. The refund will only be accepted by the supplier if the return process is completed with an "approved status" from the internal quality check. Item(s) must be returned in perfect condition with no damage, scratches, or dents.
How to prepare a return
Please note: the following instructions must be followed, otherwise Quality Control will reject the return. Refusal means that the customer won't receive a refund.
- The security seal must be attached to the item. It must be in perfect condition and not have been cut off.
- The item(s) must have all labels, decorations, buttons, protective film for logos or hinges, etc. Any application and/or decoration protection present at the time of delivery, as well as the materials/booklet, must be attached to the item(s) as ordered and integrated at the time of return.
- Each item must be returned in the same condition as received, including the packaging.
- The returned item(s) must not have been worn and/or washed and/or ironed and/or treated in any way. Shoes must be tested indoors on a clean floor or carpet. The same requirements are mandatory for all item(s) as shoes, footwear, clothing, accessories, bags, etc. must not have been worn, used, cleaned, handled or soiled in any way. Items must be returned in the same condition as they were received.
- Original and/or branded packaging is part of the order. Therefore, the packaging must be returned in the same condition as it was received. The same rules apply to the return of the items. The packaging must be returned intact, i.e. not marked, written on or tampered with (e.g. repair tape, stapler, staples). It is essential that the original packaging is protected during the return process with another box or protective cover. It is recommended that you prepare the return in the same box or packaging in which you received the order. The original box/packaging (e.g. branded packaging) cannot be used as a return packaging; it cannot be damaged by sticking labels, using tape or any other means. The original packaging must be protected by a generic box/flyer or something else.
Fashiontamer will take two days to approve or deny the return and refund. If the return is approved, no one will chat with the customer and it will proceed with the refund. If the return is refused, Customer Care will contact the customer and resend the order, in the meantime the office will ask the customer to pay the return shipping costs via the payment link.
Refund Policy
In the event of a return, the shipping charges for the delivery order(s) will not be refunded and the return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund. Return shipping costs are on the customer; in case of free shipping, return shipping costs are on the customer as well.
The final refund will be calculated on the purchase order minus the return shipping costs (see shipping rates in the Shipping and Returns section). In the case of a partial return or free delivery, the customer will pay the return costs as per the table in the paragraph SHIPMENTS - Shipping and Return.
Outside EU territories: Customs fees are always on charge of the customer who will pay to the domestic courier to the clearance. In case of return, the customs fees paid to import the order will not be refunded.
For US market: According to the law H.R.1907 - Trade Facilitation and Trade Enforcement Act del 2015 -114° Congress (2015-2016) as of 03/10/2016 import taxes are not calculated and paid up to $ 800.00. Above this threshold, import taxes will be calculated and paid on the total amount (for example: for orders of $801, taxes will be calculated on $801 and not on $1.00 - difference between duty free and total amount).
REFUSAL ORDER WITHDRAWAL
In case the customer refuses to accept the order (different reasons as change idea, absence, inability, unavailability, etc.) and return the order to the sender, Fashiontamers.com deducts the shipping costs (to send and return) before refunding and crediting the difference. The same rules apply to free shipping orders.
REPLACE ITEM
If the customer needs to replace an item, the request must be made automatically on My Area in the account by pressing the button "replace". The request to change/replace an item must be sent within 14 calendar days from the data received the order. Customer Service will assist the customer in returning the item and replacing it with a new request. The article must be returned in the same condition as it was received, as well as the packaging (same paragraph §How to prepare return shipment). Item must have attached security seal, and labels and not worn or washed. Once the return arrives at quality control approved, customer service will send the new item. Shipping costs to return the item and send a new to replace are on customer's charge. If the customer has paid customs fees to import, customer care will ask for a copy of the payment to avoid paying taxes twice.
